Ainsley chose to be in a play this year. It was through one of the best summer community groups in the Twin Cities. They perform every year at Eagan High school and they always do a phenominal job. We've been going to see their productions for the last 4 or 5 years. Last year one of our friends was in the play so Ainsley found out from her how to audition.
Ains auditioned last May for the kids choir and got in! She was so excited and has been completely devoted to all the practices and hard work involved. She loved every minute of it! She was in group 1 and performed in the first 7 perfomances (group 2 did the last 7). I was grateful for the option of just doing 1/2 of the performances. It was a huge time commitment for the family as well.
We are all so proud of her. She did fantastic! Thank you to all the friends and family that came and supported her in her first theater production! (I have a feeling there will be many more.)
