A decade.
It sounds so long ago.
But that's how long ago it was that my sweet little Ainsley was born into this world.
We celebrated at home on her birthday (April 14th) with a DQ ice-cream cake.

Then on the weekend she invited two friends, Emma & Sarah out to dinner at Red Robin.

Ainsley is 10 now. She shows it with her sometimes sassy attitude but I really think that is just her strong sence of independence coming through.

Ainsley has an amazing sence of imagination and doesn't need much to create a whole new world to play in.
~~~
She loves music and is always singing. Singing about everything and anything. She's finally taken that talent to singing in a school choir and now in the church choir. She is still excelling at piano and this summer is going to start playing the clarinet.

Ainsley also loves to read. She amazes me at how much she reads. Currently she is reading the Harry Potter series.

Ains is a great big sister. And she plays so well with her sisters...they really are each others best friends. (most of the time!)

She is brave and friendly with everyone. She is giggly and loves to laugh. I'm so blessed to have her be my first child and I'm so excited to continue to see her blossom into a beautiful young woman inside and out.
