We did it! We now own 1/3 of an acre of land that we are going to build our new house on. We got the land that we wanted in Cobblestone Lake. It's a fairly new development with nice walking trails, beautiful landscaping, architectually unique houses, a community pool, and a lake in the middle of it all. The house will be built during this fall and winter and we are hoping to move in sometime this spring. 
Above is a front view of our lot from across the street. The picture below is a view from the back. From this view you can see the walking path on the left which continues on around the lake and will eventually be connected with more trail systems in Apple Valley and Lakeville. .

You are moving to my old neighborhood!!!! That is so exciting! I am so jealous... we absolutely loved it there, and the lake and the trails are just awesome! Congratulations.
